About the Role

Ameya Digital is looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive who can manage multiple client accounts, create engaging content strategies, and execute social media campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage assigned client social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Create monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution.
Schedule and publish posts according to approved plans.
Monitor account performance and engagement.
Content Planning & Creation
Develop content ideas, captions, and campaign concepts.
Conduct industry and competitor research.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats.
Coordinate with designers and videographers for creative execution.
Community Management
Respond to comments, messages, and engagement activities.
Monitor customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
Build and nurture online communities for clients.
Client Coordination
Understand client objectives and brand guidelines.
Share content for approvals and implement feedback.
Attend meetings and provide regular project updates.
Maintain professional communication with clients.
Reporting & Analysis
Track KPIs including reach, engagement, followers, and campaign performance.
Prepare monthly performance reports and insights.
Suggest recommendations for improving social media performance.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with Team Leaders, Designers, and Paid Ads Specialists.
Maintain proper documentation and task updates.
Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Required Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent copywriting and caption-writing abilities.
Good understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and digital marketing principles.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Internship or prior experience in social media management is preferred.
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Sheets.

Timely submission of content calendars and deliverables.
