Eatally Ice Creams is a super-premium artisanal brand offering a wide variety of delightful flavors. We specialize in creating custom-made ice creams and sorbets for hotels and restaurants. Our services also include retail home delivery in Pune, Mumbai, and Thane through Swiggy. We are dedicated to crafting high-quality products that meet the diverse preferences of our customers.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator, located in Pune. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing engaging content for Eatally Ice Creams’ social media platforms. Daily tasks will include creating and scheduling posts, generating creative copy, engaging with followers, collaborating on marketing strategies, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.

• Strong skills in creating, managing, and curating social media content
• Experience in digital marketing, including managing campaigns and audience engagement
• Knowledge of content creation tools, graphic design, and video editing
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and a passion for storytelling
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance measurement tools
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative on-site environment
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus
