Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Bhubaneswar, involves managing and optimizing search engine performance to increase web visibility and drive traffic. The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager will be responsible for conducting SEO audits, performing keyword research, building quality backlinks, and analyzing web analytics. The role includes developing and executing strategies for SEO and marketing campaigns to achieve business goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SEO audits, keyword research, and implementing SEO strategies.
• Proficiency in link building and managing high-quality backlinks to enhance domain authority.
• Experience with web analytics and using data to inform and optimize SEO efforts.
• Knowledge of marketing principles to coordinate SEO with broader marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with SEO tools and technologies such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs is a plus.
