Role Description This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a Social Media Content Creator and Brand Operations Intern based in Kondapur. The intern will support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms, including ideating posts, writing captions, and assisting with basic design or video content. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring engagement, responding to comments or messages as guided, and helping track performance metrics. The role also involves assisting in brand operations tasks such as coordinating with vendors or partners, supporting campaign execution, maintaining content calendars, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The intern will collaborate closely with the marketing and brand teams, contribute creative ideas, and help in organizing and documenting brand assets and processes.
Qualifications

• Strong social media understanding and skills in content creation, including basic copywriting and visual storytelling.
• Interest in digital marketing, brand building, and consumer engagement within the food and beverage or lifestyle sector.
• Ability to research trends, understand target audiences, and translate insights into relevant social media content.
• Organizational and coordination skills to support brand operations, maintain content calendars, and manage simple workflows.
• Basic familiarity with design or video tools (e.g., Canva, mobile editing apps) is an advantage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
• Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, media, or a related field preferred, with a strong interest in coffee, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
