Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Role Overview
At God Particles, we don’t just manage social media — we design digital stories that spark conversations, shape brand identities, and drive measurable impact.
As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll be the creative force behind our clients’ online presence — crafting strategies, creating content, and managing campaigns that connect with audiences in meaningful ways. You’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and performance marketers to build digital brands that people remember.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies for diverse brands.
- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with client goals, trends, and seasonal opportunities.
- Research audience insights, competitor activities, and emerging platform trends.
- Work closely with the creative and paid media teams to maintain a cohesive digital brand voice.
2. Content Creation & Management
- Conceptualize, write, and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Pinterest, etc.).
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand.
- Create and optimize short-form video content (Reels, Stories, Shorts) for maximum engagement.
- Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and style across all social channels.
3. Community Management
- Engage actively with followers through comments, DMs, and live sessions.
- Build authentic relationships with online communities to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Manage influencer collaborations — from discovery and negotiation to content approval and performance tracking.
- Monitor user-generated content and brand mentions for engagement opportunities.
4. Campaign Execution & Collaboration
- Support the launch and execution of paid social campaigns with the performance team.
- Collaborate with clients for campaign approvals, feedback, and reporting.
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and campaign monitoring using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Hootsuite.
5. Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions).
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- A/B test content formats, post timings, and messaging to boost results.
- Use data to continuously refine strategy and improve ROI for each client.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of all major social platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a creative flair.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
