Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in West Bengal, India. The intern will assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to increase brand awareness and engagement. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and tracking key metrics using web analytics tools. The intern will support optimization of online marketing activities, conduct basic market and competitor research, and contribute ideas to improve digital strategies. Collaboration with designers, developers, and senior marketers will be required to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign delivery.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with interest in current industry trends and platforms.
- Practical understanding of Social Media Marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of Web Analytics and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar).
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with common digital tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus).
- Ability to work on-site in West Bengal, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
