Our client CA Sports is looking for a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist in Sialkot
CA Sports seeks a motivated Social Media & Digital Marketing Officer to lead online brand presence and engagement efforts. This role involves crafting and implementing comprehensive content strategies across major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter). The officer will uphold the companys brand voice by producing high-quality visuals and compelling copy, ensuring a consistent and engaging digital experience that aligns with CA Sports' legacy of excellence. With a clear focus on driving global sales, the candidate will manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns while fostering active community engagement with followers, influencers, and professional athletes.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field and brings at least two years of relevant experience in social media or digital marketing. This role requires strong digital expertise including SEO, SEM, and familiarity with the latest trends and algorithms shaping social media platforms. Proficiency in basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite, along with video editing skills for Reels and TikToks, is highly advantageous. Although the position does not involve direct team management, it demands excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment driven by global brand standards.

- Develop, plan, and execute monthly content calendars tailored for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter), ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectives.
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality visual and written content that maintains CA Sports' brand voice and resonates with diverse target audiences worldwide.
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion rates, directly contributing to global sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics using analytics tools to assess campaign performance and inform ongoing content and marketing strategies.
- Engage actively with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and facilitating meaningful interactions with followers, influencers, and professional athletes to build brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and digital marketing innovations to maintain competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, sales, and external partners to synchronize marketing activities and amplify brand presence.
- Assist in the production of basic graphic designs and video content, utilizing tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite, to support social media campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with legal, copyright, and brand guidelines across all digital content and communications.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to guide future marketing efforts.
