About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Influencer Content Creator to produce engaging, high-quality content across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand digital trends, create compelling videos and posts, and help build a strong online presence for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form videos.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, challenges, and platform algorithms.
• Develop creative content ideas that align with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for campaigns and promotions.
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and content calendars.
• Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on analytics.
• Build and engage with the online community to increase reach and engagement.
• Coordinate with influencers and creators for collaborations and brand campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience as a Content Creator, Influencer, or Social Media Creator.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and trends.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in personal branding or influencer marketing.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and content strategy.
• Experience managing brand collaborations and campaigns.
