Dog-O-Bow is a homegrown pet lifestyle brand designing and manufacturing premium clothing, accessories and essentials for pets. With our own manufacturing facility, retail stores, website and presence across leading marketplaces, we're building one of India's most loved pet brands. We believe great brands aren't built through products alone, they're built through memorable experiences, meaningful content and a community that genuinely connects with what we stand for.
At Dog-O-Bow, social media isn’t about posting daily, it’s about telling real pet-parent stories, building a strong brand voice, and collaborating with creators who truly understand our audience.
We’re looking for someone who can own our social presence end-to-end.
- Own Dog-O-Bow's social media strategy across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Build monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, festivals and business goals.
- Develop campaign ideas that combine storytelling, education, entertainment and product marketing.
- Protect and evolve Dog-O-Bow's visual identity, tone of voice and storytelling style.
- Stay updated with social media trends while adapting them thoughtfully to fit the brand.
- Plan and coordinate monthly content shoots.
- Brief photographers and videographers before every shoot.
- Coordinate founder content, BTS content and product showcases.
- Build mood boards and creative references.
- Maintain a growing content library for future campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to create content during events, launches and day-to-day business activities.
- Use AI tools such as Magnific, Midjourney, Flux, or similar platforms to generate creative concepts and marketing visuals.
- Explore new AI tools that can improve the quality and efficiency of content production.
- Work with designers and agencies to convert AI concepts into final campaign assets.
- Identify and shortlist creators aligned with the Dog-O-Bow brand.
- Prepare detailed creator briefs.
- Coordinate product dispatches and campaign timelines.
- Review creator submissions and request revisions where required.
- Track influencer performance and continuously improve collaboration quality.
You'll be the primary bridge between Dog-O-Bow and our marketing partners.
This includes:
- Reviewing creative concepts.
- Giving constructive feedback.
- Coordinating deliverables.
- Following up proactively.
- Ensuring timelines are met.
- Maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
While our performance marketing is managed by an agency, you should be comfortable reading dashboards and identifying trends.
You should be able to monitor:
- ROAS
- CTR
- CPC
- Add-to-Cart
- Purchases
- Conversion Rate
You won't be expected to build campaigns yourself, but you should know when something needs attention and ask the right questions.
Basic working knowledge of:

- Basic tracking concepts
- Website performance monitoring
You won't be expected to be a developer, but you should understand how marketing and the website work together.
Help ensure Dog-O-Bow feels consistent everywhere.
This includes:
- Website
- Packaging
- Offline events
- Customer communication
- Community initiatives
The founders want the brand to feel fun, unique, emotionally connected and community-first, not overly promotional.
Basic working knowledge of:
- Shopify backend
- Product listings
- Homepage banners
- Collections
- Blogs
- Meta Pixel
- GA4
- Microsoft Clarity
- Basic tracking concepts
- Website performance monitoring
You won't be expected to be a developer, but you should understand how marketing and the website work together.
- Has 2–5 years of experience in content, branding or social media.
- Understands Instagram-first storytelling.
- Has coordinated with agencies, creators or freelancers.
- Can confidently critique creative work and ask for revisions.
- Has an eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
- Understands how good brands communicate, not just what they post.
- Is curious about AI and enjoys experimenting with new creative tools.
- Can read marketing dashboards and derive actionable insights.
- Understands basic website analytics and customer journeys.
- Is organised enough to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Follows leading Indian and international consumer brands for inspiration.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in D2C, lifestyle, fashion or pet brands.
- Photography or videography knowledge.
- Motion design or basic video editing.
- Experience using Shopify.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or similar tools.
- Experience working with AI image generation tools.
- You enjoy building brands, not just social media pages.
- You care deeply about design, storytelling and creative quality.
- You can balance creativity with business objectives.
- You're comfortable working in a startup where ownership matters more than job titles.
- You're happy to spend one day reviewing dashboards and the next day directing a photoshoot.
- You naturally notice what great brands are doing and ask, "How can we adapt that for Dog-O-Bow?"
