Plan and coordinate social enterprise programs and activities.
Identify community needs and develop sustainable business solutions.
Manage day-to-day operations of social enterprise projects.
Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, donors, and beneficiaries.
Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
Track project performance and measure social impact.
Prepare reports and documentation for management and donors.
Organize training, workshops, and awareness programs.
Support marketing and promotion of social enterprise products/services.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
Qualification
MBA-Entrepreneurship
Experience in project coordination and program implementation
Knowledge of social entrepreneurship models and sustainable business practices
Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management
Ability to monitor project performance and measure social impact
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to coordinate with community members, partners, and donors
Good report writing and documentation skills
Leadership and team coordination abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Commitment to social impact and community development goals
