We are seeking an experienced and proactive Skin Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of the clinic and ensure smooth functioning across all departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staff supervision, patient experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

Experience & Qualification

2-3 years of experience in a similar managerial or operational role.
MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure seamless workflow.
Supervise staff and ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery.
Address patient queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
Oversee financial management, billing processes, inventory control, and supply management.
Coordinate effectively with doctors, therapists, and administrative staff.
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where required.

Requirements

Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage teams and work collaboratively across departments.
Good understanding of clinic operations, patient counselling, and service management.
Self-driven with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
