Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Kochi, with options for partial remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, negotiating contracts, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy. The role requires collaborating with various teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients and ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Sales Strategy
- Experience in Market Research, Analytics, and Competitor Analysis
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
- Team Collaboration and Project Management Abilities
- Proficiency in CRM Tools or Sales Software is desirable
- Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
