Overview

We are looking for the Sitecore Developer with proven experience in delivering quality software and is keen to learn and work with some of the latest exciting Sitecore technologies. Build software using the appropriate toolsets, following the software lifecycle and the development procedures. Inputs into technical design solutions from functional requirement documents and develop software to system specifications.
Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities
Strategic Focus

Analyse, document and propose solutions by mapping business requirements to technical solutions.
Be involved in the application design process, ensuring each system component is well written, perform and ensuring scalability by making applications multi-instance where appropriate.

Operational Management

In addition to working with larger development team, you will also be collaborating with systems analysts, testers, architects, and delivery managers to deliver quality software.
You will be involved in the estimation of work and definition of backlog items.
Write code and unit tests as per the specifications.
Perform triage of defects and track them through to technical resolution.
Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies like daily stand ups.

Experience & Personal Attributes
Experience

5+ years’ experience with minimum of 3 years relevant experience into Sitecore development.
2+years’ experience in C# .NET web application development.
UI/UX experience, with examples of Sitecore administrative interface designs and implementations
Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
Experience in interface implementation, services, utilizing dependency injection / inversion of control.
Experience in feature development in .NET custom applications and .NET components of Sitecore.
Experience with decompiling assemblies to inspect them during troubleshooting.
Sitecore 10 Certified Professional Developer is preferable.
Experience in C#, Git branching/merging, Unit Test Frameworks.
Good understanding on oops concepts and Sitecore Helix practice.
Good understanding about design patterns and coding architectures.
