Site Supervisor (Residential Projects)

A design & built practice in Kirumambakkam, Puducherry is hiring a Site Supervisor with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support site execution activities across residential and commercial building projects. The role involves supervising site work, coordinating with contractors and labour teams, and supporting execution based on project drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites

• Coordinate with labourers, contractors, and site teams

• Interpret architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, and civil drawings during execution

• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and project requirements

• Support planning and scheduling of site activities

• Coordinate material availability and track site requirements

• Monitor work progress and provide project updates

• Identify and report execution-related issues during construction stages

• Maintain records related to materials, billing, and labour activities

• Support site organization and execution processes

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in residential or commercial construction projects

• Understanding of architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, and civil drawings

• Basic understanding of measurements and construction processes

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willingness to travel across project sites in and around Pondicherry and Cuddalore

• Valid two-wheeler driving license

Work Schedule:              

• Location: Kirumambakkam, Puducherry 
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm)
