The Role

You will be the heartbeat of our on-site operations, ensuring our "actual designs" perfectly mirror our 3D visualizations. From coordinating specialized contractors to managing premium furniture installations, you will maintain the elite standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end site operations for corporate interiors.
• Quality & Precision: Enforce strict quality control and safety protocols.
• Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between vendors, contractors, and clients.
• Problem Solving: Resolve technical on-site challenges and interpret complex architectural drawings.
• Timelines: Ensure every project is delivered on schedule without compromising on the finish.

What We’re Looking For

• Background: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• Experience: Proven track record in interior design, furniture, or construction supervision.
• Skills: Ability to read technical blueprints and manage fast-paced site environments.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to handle high-stakes client interactions.
