What Will You Do?

• Lead and inspire a team of talented developers, driving customization of our GenAI fintech product to meet unique client needs.
• Collaborate directly with client IT teams to understand requirements, ensure smooth integration, and deliver successful solutions.
• Manage the development process using Jira—overseeing, prioritizing, and tracking tickets to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Act as a bridge between technology and business—communicating effectively with our product team to share your insights, ideas, and feedback.
• Mentor and support your team, fostering technical growth and a culture of curiosity, learning, and innovation.

What we expect from You:

• At least five years of experience in Java development environments
• A minimum of one to two years of experience leading a Java development team
• Advanced knowledge of Java and the Spring framework
• Strong interest in, and awareness of, current trends in Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience deploying Java applications in banking or finance, both on-premises and in cloud environments
• Angular experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Hungarian, as internal communication is conducted in this language
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients in English, both written and spoken
