Basic Requirements - B.tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

Knowledge of Auto-CAD and MS Office is a must.
Co-ordinating with contractor, vendors and site workers.
On-site measurements for preparing BOQ.
Taking charge of civil works and delivering them as per requirement.
Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specification.
Responsible for managing and ensuring coordination within support services to deliver on quality standards.
Maintain labor attendance and work done register accurately.
Responsible for the service-quality standards and adherence to budgetary requirements.
Regular checks of the material quantity, quality and management of these materials with frequency of the material order as per requirements. Desired Candidate Profile.
Should Handle individually complete Billing & estimation.
Should have experience in Coordination with Consultants, Architects, Contractors, Owners etc.
Supervise and update the status of civil works going on site.
Should be proficient in Site Management.
Must have knowledge of the finishing of high end residential projects.
Through knowledge of the specification of the project & understanding of the conceptual design and final layout.
Fair communication skills and good job knowledge
