Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support Executive – English & Hindi (Must)

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Work Schedule: 3 Rotational Shifts (24/7)

Work Days: 6 days a week

Experience: 1+ Year


Job Summary

We are looking for Customer Support Executives with strong Hindi and English communication skills to support multilingual voice campaigns. Experienced with strong language skills are welcome to apply. Candidates should be comfortable handling customer calls independently and working in a dynamic support environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Provide support in multiple languages across voice campaigns.
  • Resolve customer queries effectively while maintaining service quality.
  • Adapt quickly to the project environment and handle tasks independently.
  • Maintain accurate records and basic reports using MS Excel.


Required Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Strong communication skills with minimum 1 year experience in customer service/voice process.
  • Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel.


Language Requirements

Candidates should be able to support customers in multiple languages:


Mandatory

  • English – Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Hindi – Excellent verbal communication
