Amrita Steels, part of the Blue Ridge Group, is seeking a motivated and experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Mauritius.

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing civil engineering works on site while ensuring quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and timely project delivery.

• Plan, supervise, and execute civil engineering works on site
• Review engineering drawings, designs, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and site productivity
• Ensure all works comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and local requirements
• Manage day-to-day site activities and resolve technical or execution-related issues
• Oversee infrastructure, drainage, and stormwater-related works where applicable
• Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and site records

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and site execution practices
• Experience in planning, supervising, and managing construction or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of stormwater systems, drainage, and infrastructure works will be an advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering software is preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in construction, infrastructure, steel, or property development projects is preferred

• Salary: MUR 30,000 per month (INR 60,000 per month), negotiable based on experience
