Job Title: Site Engineer – Data Centre Projects (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / IBMS)

Job Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled, experienced Site Engineers for Data Centre Infrastructure Projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing site activities for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and IBMS works, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution

Supervise day-to-day site activities related to Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and IBMS works in data center projects.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Monitor site progress and maintain proper coordination with contractors and subcontractors.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and client representatives.

Ensure smooth communication between design, procurement, and execution teams.

Assist in planning and scheduling site work.

Quality & Safety

Ensure all work is carried out as per quality standards and project requirements.

Implement safety procedures and maintain compliance with site safety regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily site reports and work progress records.

Track material usage and coordinate with procurement teams for site requirements.

Assist in preparation of project documentation and handover reports.

Technical Support

Review technical drawings and identify site issues.

Provide solutions and coordinate with engineering teams for design clarifications.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of civil construction and MEP works in infrastructure projects.

Knowledge of data centre construction standards will be an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.

Experience

2 – 6 years of experience in Data Centre / Infrastructure / Commercial Building / MEP projects.
