This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Showroom Manager / Floor Manager - Retail Sales. The role includes maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, leading customer service efforts, managing the showroom team, overseeing daily sales activities, and ensuring smooth showroom operations. The Showroom Manager / Floor Manager will also be responsible for creating an excellent customer experience to enhance the brand's image and drive revenue growth.

• Proven ability in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and enhancing Customer Experience
• Experience in Sales, particularly in a retail showroom environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the jewelry industry or related retail sectors is a plus
• Proficiency in handling point-of-sale systems and inventory management
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
