ServiceNow Technical Architect


Preferred Location of Requirement: Chennai/Pune


Required Technical Skill Set (Skill Name): Now Platform, ServiceNow ITSM, IRM (GRC), Flow Designer, SecOps


Desired Experience Range: 8-15 Yrs


Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

  1. 10+ years of experience in Solution consulting/advisory & Architecture 5+ years of technical experience in ServiceNow IRM (GRC), SecOps
  2. At least 2 implementation project experiences in ServiceNow GRC/IRM Implementation project involving Risk Mgmt., Audit Management, Policy & Compliance, one of which is for large customers.
  3. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform.
  4. Experience in Flow Designer and Business Rules to automate Risk workflows and service requests.
  5. Configuration experience in CMDB, and Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR).
  6. Good Knowledge in DLP: Data Loss Protection, MITRE ATT&CK Framework, SIEM : Security information event management and SOAR : Security orchestration, automation, and response.
  7. Experience in Consult and advice on IRM/SecOps best practices.
  8. Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Good-to-Have

Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners.

  1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations.
  2. Experience/exposure to APM/EA, SPM.
  3. Familiarity with third-party risk management solutions such as ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA, PCI-DSS or NIST.
  4. Experience working with Banking Customer.


Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

  1. Work as Technical Architect/Lead for all ServiceNow projects, POC/Pilots, new opportunities for a Banking Customer.
  2. Align the ServiceNow IRM platform with industry frameworks like NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and SOX. Ensure regulatory compliance requirements are configured and operational within the platform.
  3. Build and manage real-time dashboards, reports, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to support risk and compliance monitoring. Provide insights to stakeholders on risk trends, gaps, and remediation plans
  4. Design, Architect new implementation, enhancements, backlog works.
  5. Coach, Guide Developer, Administrators, ATF Testers.
  6. Work closely with the Customer CRO and Audit and Security compliance group.
  7. Consult and advise on IRM/SecOps best practices
  8. Ability to solve problems, troubleshoot, manage technical escalations.
  9. Identify and adopt best practices for managing customizations.
  10. Lead POC/pilot effort of new capabilities/product features
  11. Create case studies, success stories, references from deployed account.

  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) VR and VRM
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) RC
  • Energetic with “Can Do” attitude.
  • Strong AI/Gen AI experience
