Job Title: Head Applications

Experience Required : 12-18 years

Min Qualification : B.Tech/MBA / MTech

Banking transformation/ migration project experience is mandatory

Location : Thrissur/ Kochi , Kerala

Responsibilities :

• Own the contractual components pertaining to all the applications

• Responsible for “Change the Bank” function for the all the applications under the 3 towers.

• Responsible for application functioning (production and non-production)

• Owner of the end-ot-end solution for the applications

• Co-ordination with Vendors and partners for (1) implementation (2) Production Support (3) Non-Production support

• Manage the SLA and KPI for all the application related incidents and service requests

• Planning and prioritization of the projects / changes to application

• Sequencing and resolution of interdependencies between application towers

• Resource management • Reporting and communication management with leadership team

• Budgeting and Forecasting (spend management)

• Invoicing and payments to the vendors / partners

• Manage overall application architecture and the DFD’s across the application estate
