Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Service Engineer to join our team in Coimbatore. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing medical equipment, diagnosing technical issues, and delivering exceptional field service. This includes performing troubleshooting, providing technical support, conducting calibrations, and ensuring the proper functioning of medical devices. Additionally, you will work closely with healthcare professionals, enhance equipment reliability through preventive maintenance, and uphold operational efficiency in medical facilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues for medical equipment
• Experience in Field Service and on-site support for medical devices
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare staff and team members
• Knowledge of Maintenance & Repair processes for advanced medical equipment
• Background in Technical Support, including calibration, upgrades, and equipment optimization
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently under pressure
• Familiarity with AI or IoT-enabled diagnostic tools and systems is a plus
• Flexibility to work after hours when emergency on-site support is required
