Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Associate located in Bengaluru. The Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and assisting with daily operational tasks. The role involves handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of service areas, and supporting the team to ensure smooth functioning of cinema operations.

- Previous experience in the service industry is beneficial
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
