Location: Kota, Rajasthan (On-site, Non-Remote)


About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with the founding team and directors. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable wearing multiple hats across functions.

As part of the Founder’s Office, you will act as a key enabler of business operations and strategic execution, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and seamless coordination across teams.


Key Responsibilities

1. Founder’s Office & Strategic Execution

  • Work directly with founders and directors on high-priority initiatives
  • Support strategic planning and ensure effective execution of key projects
  • Act as a bridge between leadership and various teams


2. Operations & Process Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the head office and ground teams
  • Identify gaps and streamline processes to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Drive cross-functional coordination and ensure smooth workflows


3. Inventory & Operations Management

  • Manage inventory planning, tracking, and control
  • Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure optimal stock levels and efficient movement of goods


4. Team Coordination & Management

  • Supervise office staff and ground teams to ensure operational efficiency
  • Establish accountability frameworks and monitor performance
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and team structuring efforts


5. E-commerce & Logistics Management

  • Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing and fulfillment
  • Manage logistics partners and ensure timely deliveries
  • Continuously optimize logistics and operational costs


6. Customer Support Oversight

  • Manage and guide the customer support team
  • Ensure timely resolution of queries and high customer satisfaction
  • Implement systems to improve service quality and feedback loops


Key Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in operations, consulting, startups, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and manage diverse responsibilities simultaneously
  • High ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • Exposure to inventory management, logistics, or operations
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams or projects
