SEO Team Leader (5–7 Years Experience)

Are you an experienced SEO professional who enjoys both leading a team and executing SEO strategies? We're looking for a hands-on SEO Team Leader to drive organic growth for international e-commerce brands.

• Lead and mentor the SEO team while remaining hands-on.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies for international e-commerce websites.
• Perform Technical SEO, On-Page, Off-Page, and Shopify SEO.
• Drive AI SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
• Plan content strategy, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Lead Digital PR and white-hat link-building campaigns.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and SEO performance.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams.

• 5–7 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Minimum 2 years of SEO team leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, E-commerce SEO, and Shopify SEO.
• Experience with AI SEO, AEO, GEO, and Google AI Overviews.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GTM, and Looker Studio.
• Experience working with international e-commerce brands is mandatory.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
