About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor who can take ownership of creative direction, quality control, and system optimization while contributing to high-volume production. This role is ideal for someone who combines speed with precision and understands how to maintain brand consistency at scale.

Role Mission

Produce high-quality video content with speed and creative excellence — ensuring daily publishing targets are met without compromising brand standards.

Production Expectations (Post-Training)

• Team-based contribution toward ~30 straightforward edited videos per day
• ~2 short-form reels per day (supervision + storytelling direction)
• 1 long-form video per week (ownership)
• Review and refine work from the mid-level editor

Core Responsibilities

• Handle complex edits and premium outputs
• Oversee weekly long-form video production
• Supervise reel-level storytelling quality
• Review and polish mid-level editor’s output
• Maintain creative consistency across all content
• Reduce revision cycles
• Build editing SOPs and standardize templates
• Optimize workflow and turnaround time

Quality Standards (Non-Negotiable)

• Clean cuts and smooth transitions
• Retention-focused pacing
• Accurate subtitles (if required)
• Proper color grading and audio leveling
• Platform-specific formatting (Reels, Shorts, etc.)

Core Skills Required

• Strong command of Veed.io / CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut
• Advanced short-form and reel editing
• Storytelling expertise
• Audio cleanup and color correction
• Strong time management and structured workflow ability

90-Day Expectations

Month 1 – Full style and system alignment, 80% production alignment

Month 2 – Full output capacity with minimal revisions

Month 3 – Stable speed + stable quality, workflow optimization
