Macsof Technologies is seeking a highly creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who also possesses strong Graphic Design and Video Editing skills to join our growing marketing team.
This role requires a multi-talented professional who can strategically manage digital marketing campaigns while creating compelling visual and video content that enhances brand visibility, strengthens digital presence, and drives business growth.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, branding principles, visual storytelling, and content-driven marketing, along with hands-on experience in designing marketing creatives and editing promotional videos for digital platforms.
This position plays a crucial role in building the company's digital identity, generating qualified leads, and supporting business development initiatives through high-quality content and marketing campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Macsof Technologies' services including software development, mobile applications, web development, and digital marketing solutions.
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns across search engines, social media platforms, and email marketing channels.
- Manage and optimize SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads, social media ads, and retargeting campaigns.
- Analyze marketing performance and continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lead generation.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop engaging content calendars, social media campaigns, and promotional strategies.
- Create compelling content that communicates Macsof’s technology expertise and digital solutions.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments, and maintain strong brand interaction with the community.
- Design professional marketing creatives, banners, brochures, social media posts, advertisements, and branding materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and marketing assets.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create visual assets for campaigns, presentations, and proposals.
- Create visually engaging designs for product launches, case studies, service promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Produce and edit high-quality promotional videos, reels, explainer videos, and corporate marketing videos.
- Create engaging video content for social media marketing, YouTube campaigns, and product demonstrations.
- Develop storytelling-based video content that communicates the value of Macsof Technologies’ digital solutions.
- Optimize videos for different social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Work with development teams to update and optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts.
- Ensure the website is optimized for SEO performance, user experience, and lead conversion.
- Develop blog articles, service pages, and content pieces that improve search visibility and organic growth.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools.
- Track key metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and marketing ROI.
- Generate reports and insights to improve future marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing)
- Graphic Design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma)
- Video Editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut)

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communication, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or Video Production
- Experience working with IT companies, startups, or digital agencies
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and marketing automation tools is a plus
