About the Role

Adscult is looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Senior UX/UI Designer who can handle complex, data-dense dashboard designs and build scalable design systems from scratch. If you’re someone who can take ownership, think like a product designer, and move fast without waiting for constant direction — you’ll fit in perfectly.

Key Responsibilities

Product & UI/UX

• Design dashboards, web apps, and SaaS interfaces that handle large amounts of data.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI screens.
• Build and maintain advanced design systems with tokens, components, and documentation.
• Use strong data visualization logic for charts, graphs, tables, metrics, and insights.
• Design micro-interactions, animations, edge cases, empty states, and error states.
• Deliver clean developer-ready files using Figma’s advanced features
• Run research, usability checks, and convert insights into actionable designs.
• Collaborate with the product and dev team in fast sprint cycles.
• Actively use AI tools to speed up research, UX copy, and design workflows.

Team & Project Coordination

• Plan and allocate tasks within the design team to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage internal deadlines, sprint timelines, and deliverables with discipline.
• Maintain clear, continuous communication with internal teams and the project coordinator.
• Lead junior designers, provide guidance, and ensure consistent quality across outputs.
• Coordinate cross-functional discussions to resolve blockers and maintain workflow clarity.
• Ensure timely handovers, proper documentation, and alignment with product/dev requirements.

What You MUST Have

• 2–3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Solid experience in dashboard or analytics-heavy design projects.
• Strong command of Figma (auto-layout, variables, component libraries, advanced prototyping).
• Strong understanding of UX logic, information hierarchy, and interaction design.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• High ownership — you should be able to work independently.
• Ability to manage small tasks/initiatives within the design team and coordinate with cross-functional members when needed.
• Good planning and workflow organization skills to ensure smooth sprint execution.

Good to Have

• Motion design (Rive / Principle / After Effects).
• Knowledge of UX Pilot, Miro, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (Cursor, Lovable, UiMagic, Figma AI).
• Experience in agency/startup, or fast-paced product environments.
• Zoho familiarity , especially for project tracking, task management, or documentation.
