Job Title: Receptionist cum Admin Executive

Location: Noida

Job Type: Full-time

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1-3 Years

Job Description

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office authority.

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures )

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

Maintain office security by following up and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges & Exit entries)

Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.

Update calendars and schedule meetings

Support Engagement & People Ops Team within office activities .

Requirements

Female candidate should be well - Versed with Good Personality along with Good Communication Skills

Candidate should be open for Relocation to Noida
