Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Sales Executive - Inbound sales who can efficiently handle travel enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in travel sales, inbound travel leads, and tour package consultation.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry, with the ability to understand customer requirements, suggest the right travel destinations, and close sales confidently. If you are passionate about travel, skilled in client interaction and sales conversion, and motivated by targets and incentives, this Travel Sales Executive job in Noida offers excellent growth opportunities.
Experience in international travel sales or handling international tour packages will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound travel enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Promote and sell domestic tour packages, customizing itineraries based on client preferences
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel plans, destinations, and experiences
- Clearly explain package details, including pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and the booking process
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed travel bookings
- Maintain accurate lead data and sales updates in CRM systems
- Coordinate with operations and vendors for smooth travel execution and customer experience
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in travel sales/tour package sales (mandatory)
- Proven experience in handling domestic travel packages and customer queries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Customer-focused approach with a target-driven mindset
- Comfortable using CRM tools, calling systems, and lead management platforms
- Good knowledge of popular Indian travel destinations, itineraries, and travel trends
