We plan to scale India on the back of disruptive product innovation and marketing investments.


What is the role?

The role of Graphic Design and Studio Manager is the adherence of brand guidelines and the creative development and design processes across core SharkNinja India communication channels, including local packaging and collaterals, earned, owned and paid media, developing local media /social assets via shoots/editing , as well as via our retail partnership relationships.


What are the responsibilities?

  • Own the visual creative direction across the India marketing program for 3 world class brands (Ninja, Shark and Shark Beauty)
  • Work with best-in-class third-party marketing agency partners, across direct to consumer, retail, trade, PR and media portfolios.
  • Work within a fast-paced and growing marketing team responsible for growing demand and communicating value to consumers across India.
  • Build and maintain the India brand guidelines and own the processes of its adherence via internal and third-party relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on visual storytelling.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and retail teams to translate campaign concepts into visually compelling stories that engage and inspire target audiences.
  • Act as a guardian of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring all designs adhere to Shark Ninja’s style guide and maintain consistency across various platforms and media formats.
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and techniques, applying them to create fresh, impactful visuals that stand out in competitive markets. Champion innovation in all creative outputs.


What does a great outcome look like?

The management of the seamless execution of visually compelling, on-brand designs that resonate with consumers and elevate the Shark Ninja brand across all touchpoints. This includes delivering high-quality creative assets that drive engagement, communicate value effectively, and contribute to measurable business growth in the India market. Success is reflected in cohesive branding across campaigns, packaging, and retail displays, as well as a collaborative creative process that inspires innovation and strengthens partnerships with internal teams and external agencies in furtherance of bringing our 5-star product storytelling to life.


What requirements are we looking at?

  • Extensive experience in Graphic Design using software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro)
  • Experience in producing high quality materials at industry standard with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in working with diverse stakeholders with varying levels of design/publishing experience and/or understanding.
  • Experience in working within a corporate brand, including the creation of new concepts and design templates and the execution of existing templates.
  • Conceptual and creative ability and experience in project management.
  • Uses Plain English and effective design to distill information and clearly articulate complex concepts.
  • Ability to plan, schedule and prioritize work activities, achieving objectives within required timeframes and deadlines.
  • Knows when and how to raise critical issues.
