Social Media Manager

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dehra Dun for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee creating and executing social media strategies, managing accounts, and optimizing engagement on various platforms. Daily tasks include developing and curating content, implementing Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques, analyzing the performance of campaigns, and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet brand objectives.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Excellent Writing skills for crafting engaging content
• Analytical skills to measure the success of campaigns and drive improvements
• Familiarity with social media tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in managing social media campaigns is a plus
