This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Transition Manager (RCM), located in Mohpa. The Senior Transition Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of transition projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include managing program execution, coordinating service delivery, implementing IT service management frameworks, and ensuring efficient knowledge transfer during training sessions. The role demands close collaboration with stakeholders to achieve seamless and effective transitions.

• Strong expertise in Program Management and Transition Management to oversee and execute transition projects effectively.
• Proficiency in IT Service Management, with a focus on implementing frameworks and managing IT-related processes in service transitions.
• Experience in Training and Knowledge Transfer to ensure operational readiness and continuity during transitions.
• Demonstrated ability in Service Delivery to maintain high-quality standards and meet client expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership capabilities, with a track record of managing teams and projects independently.
• Prior experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related fields.
