Senior Trainer — Digital, AI/ML & Analytics

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Trainer to design and deliver high-impact learning programs in AI/ML (including Generative AI), Digital Transformation, Technology, and Advanced Analytics. The role emphasizes structured learning paths, engaging facilitation, and measurable outcomes aligned with Evalueserve’s domain-specific AI and analytics offerings.

Key Responsibilities

We seek an experienced Trainer to design and deliver high-impact learning programs in AI/ML (including Generative AI), Digital Transformation, Technology, and Advanced Analytics. The role emphasizes structured learning paths, engaging facilitation, and measurable outcomes aligned with Evalueserve’s domain-specific AI and analytics offerings.

Core Competencies

• Develop and deliver training programs in AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Science, Cloud Technologies, and Digital Analytics.
• Create structured curricula and learning paths aligned with emerging technologies and Evalueserve’s domain-specific solutions.
• Facilitate interactive sessions (virtual and in-person) for mid-senior professionals ensuring measurable learning outcomes.
• Curate and customize content using Evalueserve’s platforms (e.g., Insights first, Agentic AI, Analytics Automation).
• Incorporate real-world case studies from Finance, Consulting, Analytics, and Technology domains.
• Partner with business leaders and SMEs to identify skill gaps and tailor programs to organizational needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor for capability-building initiatives.
• Track program effectiveness using data-driven insights and learner feedback.
• Recommend improvements based on analytics and ROI metrics.
• Integrate digital learning tools, AI-driven platforms, and blended learning methodologies.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into training programs.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science/information technology/data science or related discipline; MBA is a plus.
• 10–15 years of corporate training/L&D experience with strong focus on technology and analytics.
• Hands-on expertise in Python/SQL; familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Preferred certifications: AI/ML or Data Science (AWS/Microsoft/Google), ATD (CPLP/APTD) or Instructional Design, Coaching/Facilitation (ICF), PMP/PRINCE2 for program rigor.

• AI/ML & Generative AI concepts; model lifecycle and governance awareness.
• Instructional design, curriculum development, and assessment design.
• Strong facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven evaluation; dashboards and reporting for learning impact.
• Familiarity with Evalueserve’s platforms and decision-centric analytics approach.
