This is a full-time on-site Performance Marketer role based in Ernakulam, India. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across various digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign performance, conducting keyword research, managing paid media efforts, creating strategies for customer acquisition, and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to meet performance goals. Additionally, you will remain up-to-date with industry trends and implement data-driven decisions to maximize campaign ROI.

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, PPC Campaigns, and Social Media Advertising
• Strong skills in SEO, SEM, and Keyword Research
• Experience in Data Analysis, Performance Tracking, and Report Generation
• Knowledge of Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation strategies
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in paid media campaigns and knowledge of web analytics tools is a plus
