Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Proactively contact potential customers to promote products, services, or services, using provided scripts to generate interest.
  • Inbound Query Resolution: Handle incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
  • Sales & Lead Generation: Persuade clients to purchase offerings, schedule appointments, or follow up with potential leads to convert them into customers.
  • Data Management: Maintain, update, and manage accurate records of customer interactions, call logs, and account information in the CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and sales targets.
  • Feedback Integration: Understand customer requirements, gather feedback, and provide relevant information to the sales team to improve service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in the required languages (Tamil) and strong listening abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Persuasive, confident, and polite demeanor, with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Computer Literacy: Basics in using computers such as navigating CRMs.
  • Experience: Previous experience (6+ months) in telecalling, sales, or customer support is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are often accepted.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,689.03 per month
