🌟 About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Learner Success Mentor who will play a key role in guiding learners throughout their program journey. This role requires strong communication, ownership, and a customer-first mindset to ensure an exceptional learner experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day learner queries within defined SLAs
• Mentor learners through regular interactions (calls, emails, WhatsApp)
• Provide academic guidance, motivation, and goal-setting support
• Track learner progress and engagement data
• Share weekly milestones and ensure learners stay on track
• Identify learner challenges and proactively provide solutions
• Manage multiple learners efficiently while maintaining quality engagement

• Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving ability
• High customer-centric approach
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain learner relationships

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline
• Prior experience in mentoring, customer success, academic advising, or similar roles is preferred

💼 Work Details

• 6-day working week
• Weekends mandatory (Work From Home)
• 1 weekly off (weekday)
