Founder's Assistant – Operations & Coordination | Ahmedabad | Full-Time

We run a hair transplant clinic and allied ventures in Ahmedabad. We need a sharp, self-motivated assistant who can operate on behalf of the Founder — coordinate across teams, follow up without being chased, and get things done without handholding.

This is not a back-office role. You will be in the middle of things, every day.

Experience: 1–3 years in coordination, operations, sales, or any client-facing role. Backgrounds in field sales, collections, or loan disbursement are a strong fit — we respect follow-up discipline.

• What You Will Do
• Be the Founder's point of contact across the clinic and allied businesses
• Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and daily coordination
• Track open tasks and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Liaise with patients, vendors, and internal teams on the Founder's behalf
• Handle travel, personal tasks, and ad-hoc requirements with full discretion

What We Are Looking For

• Takes initiative — sees what needs to be done and does it
• Organised under pressure, able to juggle multiple things simultaneously
• Confident on calls, clear over text, presentable in person
• Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati; working English is a plus
• Based in Ahmedabad, available full-time, in-office
