Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional with PMT experience who can drive business growth, develop marketing strategies, and build strong relationships within the pharma and healthcare ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and revenue growth for medical communication and scientific engagement services
  • Leverage PMT experience to understand client needs and create tailored marketing solutions
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaign plans for pharma clients
  • Build and manage relationships with pharma companies, brand teams, and key stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams for proposal development, pitch presentations, and project execution
  • Support KOL engagement initiatives, webinars, and scientific meetings
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through effective account management


Key Skills

·      Strong understanding of pharma marketing / PMT (Product Management Team) functions

·      Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

·      Experience in medical communications, digital engagement, or scientific events is a plus

·      Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

·      Strategic thinking with a result-oriented approach
