Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. You will collaborate closely with department heads to identify hiring needs, develop effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensure alignment with the organization's business goals. The role also involves building and maintaining a strong employer brand, creating a positive candidate experience, and maintaining recruitment-related data and metrics. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play an essential role in attracting top talent to drive the company's vision forward.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to analyze data and recruitment metrics to inform talent strategies and decisions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple hiring requirements and strict deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Experience in the education or test-prep industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in recruitment or human resource management will be an added advantage
