We are looking for a powerhouse Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our hiring efforts in the most competitive landscape in tech: Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. With 10+ years of experience, you aren't just a recruiter; you are a talent advisor who understands the difference between a standard Data Engineer and a Generative AI Architect. You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and closing top-tier talent that will define the future of our AI capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Build a robust pipeline of specialized talent, including ML Engineers, Research Scientists, Data Architects, and GenAI specialists (LLM fine-tuning, RAG, Prompt Engineering).
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for senior and leadership roles, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a consultant to Engineering and Product leadership to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and interview loops.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve on the AI landscape, including emerging tools, competitor moves, and talent shifts within the GenAI ecosystem.
  • Employer Branding: Represent the company at AI conferences, meetups, and online forums to position us as a destination for top-tier technical talent.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 10–12 years in technical recruitment, with at least 4+ years specifically focused on Data, Machine Learning, and AI.
  • Domain Expertise: A deep understanding of the AI/ML stack. You should be comfortable discussing $PyTorch, $TensorFlow, Vector Databases, and the nuances of Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • The "GenAI" Edge: Proven track record of hiring for Generative AI roles and an understanding of how this niche differs from traditional predictive modeling.
  • Network: An established "black book" of high-caliber data professionals and a presence in the AI community.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You use recruitment analytics to optimize your funnel, reduce time-to-hire, and improve quality-of-hire.
