Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Pune, India
Reports to: Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC/IMEA
Job Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead and execute talent acquisition strategies for the IMEA region, attract and recruit outstanding talent to meet the organization's talent needs, and support the company's business growth and expansion in the region. This includes leading recruiting efforts for executive, professional roles in India & MEA. The job holder will provide end-to-end recruitment support, from calibration, sourcing, recruiting, job offer presentation, and onboarding. The role also entails owning the hiring progress, recruiting timelines, and communicating and executing on sourcing strategy and activities on anticipated customer needs, especially on volume hiring.

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Pune, India

Job Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead and execute talent acquisition strategies for the IMEA region, attract and recruit outstanding talent to meet the organization's talent needs, and support the company's business growth and expansion in the region. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to understand recruitment needs and requirements so you can develop regional recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
- Regularly analyze market trends and labor market conditions in IMEA, adjust recruitment strategies accordingly, and provide recruitment advice and solutions to hiring managers.
- Utilize various channels and methods, such as online recruitment platforms, social media, networking events, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals, to source and identify potential candidates who meet job requirements.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to provide high-quality candidate referrals to hiring managers within SLA.
- Negotiate job offers with successful candidates, resolve potential issues during the negotiation process, and strive to secure top talent for the organization.
- Establish and maintain a regional talent pool, regularly update candidate information, and categorize and manage candidates based on skills, experience, and potential for future recruitment needs.
- Maintain positive relationships with candidates, provide regular feedback, and enhance candidate experience to build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
- Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to promote the company's employer brand and attract candidates.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Experience:
- At least 8 years of recruitment experience in India in a multinational or regional organization or recruiting agency.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for similar roles and managing full-cycle recruitment processes especially for technical position
- Experienced in large-scale recruitment projects is preferred.
- Familiar with MEA countries hiring is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other social media platforms of IMEA, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Strong interview and assessment skills to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday and other HR software tools to streamline recruitment processes.
- Language: Fluent in English and Marathi, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, handle pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling candidate and employee information.
- Willingness to travel within IMEA region as needed for recruitment activities.
