The Senior Specialist in this role will independently lead and drive conceptual / solution design work in SAP Access, Security & Authorization technologies with focus to deliver in time and quality by applying excellent planning, execution, documentation, presentation, and communication skills. In addition, focus on supporting other team members growth by transferring own knowledge. Improve own footprint within Corporate IT and Regional IT and ensure continuous improvement of the SAP app landscape by through new initiatives and innovation.

Making an impact. What will you do?

  • You will lead/drive in SAP Access, Security & Authorization related delivery independently in Operations and project initiatives, and ensure completeness of engagements within the committed expectation & timeline
  • Further, you will be responsible for SAP related operations (level 1-2) of User Access Management solution(s) in identified areas including coordination across multiple
  • Periodically review/update technical relevant documentations and suggest improvements
  • Responsibility for execution (e.g. UAR, Leavers), coordination and testing of SOX controls in the area of responsibility and ensure there is no SOX/Internal or external audit findings
  • You are required to act as a technical change coordinator for all changes moving in production systems of identified templates
  • Coaching other team members to enhance their skills and optimize cross-technology knowhow / expertise
  • Taking mentorship responsibilities which including training and coaching of new recruits
  • Analysis and reporting in situations of Service Improvement reviews
  • In this role, you will be contributing to development of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), guidelines and policies
  • Also, supporting License Measurement activities
  • Identifying opportunities/risks, facilitate discussion between groups and suggest solutions to enhance the quality of the services
  • You will also be responsible to drive automation initiatives (e.g. automate manual access related processes/reports via script/BOT) in order to increase productivity

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

  • You must have graduated in Technology / Science from a reputed university
  • And have formal Training and certification in in SAP Access, Security & Authorization (certification is preferred but not mandatory), ITIL certification is preferred
  • You should have overall 6-8+ years of relevant SAP Security experience working with reputed companies. Must have technical hands-on experience
  • You must be thorough with technical Knowledge in SAP security, authorization concept implementation.
  • Must have the knowledge in Security related process and compliance
  • Should have in-depth knowledge in SAP ERP Security with minimum one end to end implementation or complete technical upgrade experience
  • You are also required to have in-depth knowledge in SAP HANA Authorizations including FIORI
  • Should have hands on working experience working on SAP HR Authorizations
  • Experience in working in offshore teams in relevant technology area
  • Must have knowledge of trends and developments in the information technology area
  • In depth knowledge of trends and developments related to DevOps Processes, SAP UI5 and Agile software development
  • And also possess strong technical and non-technical communication skills both written and spoken
