🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to manage sales operations, drive lead generation, handle key accounts, and ensure high customer satisfaction. This role involves achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and collaborating closely with internal teams for smooth sales execution.

• Manage inside sales operations and lead generation
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
• Handle account management and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless sales support

🎯 Desired Qualifications

• Proven experience in Inside Sales & Lead Generation
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience in account management & customer handling
• Ability to work independently in an on-site setup
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing (preferred)
• Experience in agricultural machinery or B2B sector is a plus
