Job Description

Ensure productions are completed on time to deliver for installation. Coordinate with other departments like purchase, inventory & project dept. The ultimate goal is to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity in the production process.

Operations Management

  • Develop production plans and budgets for production.
  • Verifying the cutting list prepared by design team.
  • Gave approval for material request (MR).
  • Gave approval for Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Clearing the technical queries raised by sales team
  • Supporting installation team to resolve issues raised from client site after installation.
  • Enquire with the store in-charge regarding the current stock in hardware & if their requirement intimates the same with purchase dept.
  • Follow-up with purchase dept regarding the status of materials ordered.
  • Organize production schedules for on-time delivery & installation to customers.
  • Implement solutions to minimize downtime and improve production output.
  • Redesigning the existing production process by identifying the gaps.
  • Develop and implement production policies and procedures that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
  • Determine availability of sufficient resources like materials, machinery and men to meet the production targets.
  • Compare the proforma invoice & select suitable vendor for finalizing the glass purchase.
  • Control production costs by ensuring production schedules are met on time by ensuring they are within budget.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure production targets are aligned with customer demands.
  • Develop & Implement solutions to resolve production problems.

Health & Safety Management

  • Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean work environment.

Quality Management

  • Develop and implement quality control measures and procedures to ensure quality of finished goods (FG).

Team Management

  • Motivate production staff to achieve production targets and to adhere strictly to quality standards.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed by all employees.
  • Report vacancies to the HR department & Participate in the selection process
  • Give training to the existing and newly joining Employees
  • Maintain high level of professional etiquette and upkeep the goodwill of Dorfen Global.
  • Conduct periodic Performance evaluation of team members & provide feedback.

27. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to production

28. Manage production staff by providing directions.

29. Conduct daily/weekly departmental meetings.

30. Submit leave request to HR Manager

Production Record Management.

  • Prepare reports on production activities and performance to general manager.
  • Share the Daily Production Report with the General Manager
  • Prepare Project Status Report & Submit to General Manager on a daily basis.
  • Prepare Project Forecast Report & Submit to General Manager on a monthly basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Yarn/ Garment Manufacturing: 7 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English, Hindi, Tamil (Preferred)

Location:

  • Sulur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Preferred)
