Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our collaborative team. This role requires a highly-skilled professional with proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining marketing campaigns while supporting brands and regional markets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop CDP segmentation and Journey Builder configurations
Manage scheduling and execution for marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools
Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, including Email Studio, Web Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Contact Builder
Build and support Interaction Studio solutions for up to 3 BMS brands, with scalability for additional requests
Provide direct interaction and support for brands and markets
Collaborate with teams to implement a 24/7 campaign support model across geographies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
5-8 years of general IT experience
5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly with Journey Builder or similar platforms; knowledge of SQL is essential
Background in email and web/online marketing with 3-4 years of hands-on experience
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication capabilities, with ability to work in teams
English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication

Nice to have

Proficiency in HTML coding for marketing applications
Understanding of social media marketing and SMS marketing strategies
Flexibility to use search engine marketing tools effectively
Competency in display media strategies for advertising
Knowledge of front-end development and email development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for creating user interfaces
