Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack AI Developer with expertise in Python, white coding, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and deploying models on leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP). Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Python and modern frameworks.
Knowledge of AI-Assisted Vibe Coding best practices
Ability to understand user requirements, create a plan and execute the plan using AI
Implement white coding standards and best practices to ensure clean, maintainable code.
Build, train, and deploy Generative AI models leveraging cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding AI services/platforms like AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex, Airweave, Temporal AI, LiteLLM, Langgraph, Vector DB, Advanced RAG etc.
Integrate machine learning and AI solutions into existing products and services.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Negotiate requirements, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong proficiency in Python.
Demonstrated ability in white coding and adherence to coding standards.
Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI concepts, frameworks, and applications.
Experience developing and deploying models using AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of successful collaboration.

Preferred Skills

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of data engineering along with working knowledge of Cursor AI, Github copilot etc.

Understanding of security best practices in cloud and AI deployments
