tion: Diploma / Degree / Certification in Automobile Engineering

🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer
Interface: Professionally handle walk-ins and repeat customers; explain repair estimates and technical issues clearly.
Operatio

s: Conduct detailed vehicle inspections, prepare accurate Job Cards, and coordinate with the Floor Manager & Technical Team.
Technica
l
Integrity: Ensure correct diagnosis before parts replacement; take proper customer approvals for additional work.
Manageme
n
t: Handle customer escalations confidently and maintain daily MIS reports.
Growth:

upport ethical revenue growth and ensure 100% customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
